The World Gallery is a revolutionary residential, hotel and business complex, located in the elite Obarrio neighborhood in the heart of Panama City's banking district. This 100,000 square-foot project will feature Panama's very first convention center at the hub of the Americas, to serve the booming economic and investment sector in the region.
Three 50-storey towers will house 528 residential apartments up to 1500 square feet, with a full suite of appliances, fine finishes including marble flooring and granite countertops, and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and city skyscape. With just four apartments per floor, privacy is assured. Residents can also take advantage of select income-earning units, which offer sectioned-off apartments with a separate entrance. On-site property management services can oversee the lease or rental of these adjoining units at the owner's discretion.
Conceived as a ‘city within a city', the complex includes fashion-house boutiques, restaurants, bars, cigar lounge and wine cellar, a giant fitness center including swimming pools, tennis court, spa and beauty salon. Recreational facilities include a beach club, in-house theater, games room and children's playground. Residents and guests alike will also enjoy a full complement of personal services, including limousine airport shuttles, valet parking,
Located in the 22-storey hotel tower, Panama's very first Convention Center will house up to one thousand participants. The main hall is customizable, and can be compartmentalized into several rooms, with workshops for conferences and presentations. Housed above the Convention Center are 264 luxury hotel apartments, of 47 square meters each.
This ground-breaking project is set to begin construction by the end of 2007, with completion in 2009. Pre-construction offers are now being accepted.
